II · Intelligence
Every company on earth, underwritten in full.
The platform runs the full arc of institutional research on a business — gather the filings, rebuild the numbers, value it, audit the work, argue the other side — and arrives at a thesis with a position behind it. We run it continuously, on far more companies than a human desk could hold, across every market that publishes a filing.
01
Source
Primary filings, every market, as they publish.
02
Underwrite
Owner earnings and a full valuation, rebuilt from the documents.
03
Attack
The thesis is argued against before it is believed.
04
Calibrate
A confidence, and the facts that would change it.
05
Hold
Sized into the book, and held while the thesis stands.
The standard —
Sources
Nothing is trusted secondhand. A figure is confirmed in the original
document, or it isn't used.
Scenarios
Bear, base, and bull are built as whole worlds, not one number nudged
up and down. When the central assumption fails, everything that
depends on it fails with it.
Adversary
A thesis survives an organized attempt to break it before it earns a
position. The attempt is resourced as seriously as the research that
preceded it.
Falsifiers
When we buy, we write down what would tell us we were wrong, and we
watch for it.
Most of what the platform produces, we never act on. The work is deciding which of it deserves a position — and most does not.
